350 Photos from the "Best of 2016" Challenge were selected to be showcased in the exhibition, 50 will be printed out and displayed on the walls of the GuruShots Booth in the exhibition while an additional 300 will be displayed digitally on a mounted screen.

This is exciting news for the team as our work would be getting an international coverage and some potential buyers.

We will continue to strive harder to produce great images in coming years!

It's been almost 2 years since the inception of Magic colors - an online portal to sell artworks to help the underprivileged community.
This would always be the core mission of this intiative.However,going forward I now plan to expand it further by focussing on new areas.

Last two years,I was passively contributing to this mission and still managed to sell over 1000 photos worldwide which are good postive numbers.



In 2016,I would be focussing on three main areas:

1) Photo tours(Photography learning tours)
2) Family photoshoot
3) Newborn photoshoot

The objective is to build a solid network of likeminded photographers who wants to step up their skills
and to provide afforable photoshoot services.

WhitePrint, is India's first lifestyle magazine for the visually impaired in Braille English. It was launched in May, 2013 by Upasana Makati, for the 56-lakh literate visually impaired individuals in our country. The 64-page-magazine is printed at the National Association for the Blind in Mumbai and is priced at Rs. 30 (per issue).

Magazines, books, and broadsheets for the sighted are plenty; but no lifestyle magazine was started that would provide more than just boring news to the visually impaired community. What the sighted enjoyed without paying heed for years; has been an attainable luxury for those who couldn't see.

There was no magazine that the visually impaired could curl up with while sipping morning tea as the smell of freshly printed page filled the air. No magazine where they could physically maneuver around embossed words to their heart's content. White Print, was therefore, born to cater to this need and be a source of information and entertainment.

A Best Friend is the kind of person who knows you inside and out, yet associates with you anyway.
They love you to the core. They know your deepest darkest secrets, and keep them forever.
They know your flaws, and disregard them happily.
They hold your hand when you cry and are right by your side
when you're laughing so hard you can't breathe.
If you have a best friend, damn, you're lucky.
But if not, you could spend your entire life searching!!
